At BabyBox Clothing, operated by BABYBOX CLOTHING, CORP, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our procedures, rates, and timelines.

Processing Time

All orders placed on babyboxclothing.us are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. If we experience a higher-than-usual volume of orders, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, excluding the following federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Delivery time estimates begin from the date of shipment (after processing), not the date of order placement. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier delays outside of our control, including weather events, high-volume periods (holidays), or logistical disruptions.

Free Shipping Threshold

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more within the contiguous 48 United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code is required. Free shipping does not apply to express or overnight shipping upgrades.

Note for Alaska and Hawaii: Orders shipped to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) are shipped at our standard shipping rate of $6.99. Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold promotion. Standard shipping to AK and HI typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your specific location. Express and Overnight shipping may not be available to all AK/HI addresses — contact us before ordering if you need expedited delivery to these states.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. We ship to PO Boxes for standard shipping via USPS. PO Boxes are not eligible for UPS, FedEx, or overnight delivery services.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you via email to arrange re-delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, please contact us at [email protected] or (305) 478-0392. We will work with the carrier to investigate the situation. In cases of confirmed lost packages, we will reship the order or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or any secure package location. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date — we may file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Overnight Shipping Details

Overnight Shipping is fulfilled via FedEx Priority Overnight and delivers in 1 business day after shipment. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day to be eligible for same-day processing and next-day delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. FedEx Priority Overnight does not guarantee delivery to all addresses — primarily residential addresses in remote areas may have extended delivery times.

International Shipping

At this time, BabyBox Clothing does not offer international shipping. We ship exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Please sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.
