Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days, and Overnight shipping delivers in 1 business day via FedEx Priority. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Standard shipping is $6.99 per order, or FREE on orders totaling $75 or more. Express shipping is 2.99, and Overnight shipping is $24.99. All shipping costs are displayed clearly before you confirm your order at checkout.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States. This is automatically applied at checkout when your subtotal reaches $75 — no coupon code needed.
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii using standard shipping at our regular rate of $6.99. However, Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold promotion. Delivery times to AK and HI may be slightly longer (7–10 business days) depending on your specific location.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor your shipment's progress. Allow 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email for tracking to become active.
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. PayPal and credit card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after we process them, depending on your bank or financial institution.
Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Our classic tees, graphic tees, crop tops, and long sleeve tees are available in XS, S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. Oversized tees and premium sets are offered in XS/S, M/L, and XL/2XL. Please refer to our size chart on each product page for detailed measurements in both inches and centimeters.
For best results, machine wash cold with like colors using a gentle cycle. Turn garments inside out before washing to preserve print quality. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners (which can break down natural fibers over time), and high heat, which can cause shrinkage. Iron on low heat if needed — do not iron directly over graphic prints.

We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at absolutely no cost to you. We cover all return shipping for errors on our end.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing [email protected] with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may initiate a return upon delivery for a full refund.
Yes, we're happy to discuss bulk orders for businesses, events, teams, or organizations. Bulk orders of 10 or more items may qualify for special pricing. Currently, BabyBox Clothing ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand internationally in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when this changes.
Yes! BabyBox Clothing offers digital gift cards in denominations of $25, $50, $75, and 00. Gift cards are delivered via email and can be applied at checkout. They never expire and can be used on any item in our store. Contact us at [email protected] to purchase a gift card.
