How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
How do I start a return?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
What if my item arrived damaged?
We're so sorry! Please email us at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
