At BabyBox Clothing, operated by BABYBOX CLOTHING, CORP, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every item we sell and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must be in their original condition with all original tags attached
- Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other stains or odors
- Items must be returned in the original or comparable packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or odor caused by the customer
- Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
- Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the items securely in their original or suitable packaging and attach the return label
- Drop the package off at the designated carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
- Keep your return tracking number for your records
Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind, sizing issues, style preference), we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You will not be charged for return shipping on eligible returns within the 30-day window.
For returns due to a defective item, incorrect shipment, or damage caused during shipping, we cover all return shipping costs without exception and will expedite your replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them to confirm they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (PayPal account, credit card, or debit card). Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or financial institution. We have no control over this processing time once the refund is issued on our end.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as initiating a return — email us at [email protected] with your order number and specify the new size or color you'd prefer. If the desired option is available, we'll ship the replacement once we receive your return. If it's unavailable, we'll issue a full refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. We cover all return shipping in these cases. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Late Returns
Returns initiated after the 30-day window will generally not be accepted. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
Refund Timeline Summary: Items received → Inspection (1–2 business days) → Refund processed → 5–10 business days to original payment method. Total time from receipt to refund appearing in your account: approximately 8–15 business days.
